[20:15:00] <Dominus> Marzo!!!!
[20:24:14] <Marzo> Dominus: I did say I'd have some time :-p
[20:24:28] <Marzo> Anyway: this needs some testing: https://sourceforge.net/p/exult/bugs/1848/
[20:24:46] <Marzo> And this ( https://sourceforge.net/p/exult/bugs/1875/ ) can probably wait for the release
[20:25:50] <Marzo> (re: the testing: I know that the SS outpost, the temple of discipline and the cube generator in BG work)
[20:30:04] <TheCycoONE> \o/
[20:30:24] <TheCycoONE> (I've never used exult, but that sounds good ;) )
[20:30:34] <Dominus> so a heavy dosage of SI testing is in order I fear :)
[20:30:48] <Dominus> (since SI is more likely to break)
[20:31:21] <Dominus> and for the weather effect testing, I need to sail to ambrosia I guess
[20:32:22] <Dominus> Marzo, btw. cube generator and anti magic rain, currently we don't show the rain in the cube, the original doesn't. I like Exult's way more :)
[20:42:25] <Dominus> Marzo and if you have time and are still able to access your seventowers site, can you link the Keyring and SI fixes mod to our download page? We still have people downloading the old ones from your site
[20:42:41] <Dominus> so, let me see how Exult behaves now :)
[20:46:42] <Dominus> Marzo, something that comes up right away in the cube generator, when you reload an old savegame, I suspect the weather is not updated. Only a problem with old savegames or with any savegame that had the weather activated?
[20:48:06] <Marzo> Exult does not save and restore weather effects
[20:48:14] <Marzo> So I guess the latter
[20:50:55] <Dominus> hmmm
[20:51:10] <Dominus> somehow the cube generator doesn't work for me
[20:51:18] <Dominus> the weather does not reset
[20:54:50] <Dominus> well the weather does eventually reset when I teleport really far away and walk around
[20:55:35] <Dominus> but in the original the anti magic rain is fading much more rapidly, it lasts only some seconds after you get teleported out of the cube generator
[21:34:44] <-- TheCycoONE has left IRC (Quit: And then there were n-1)
[22:30:03] --> Kirben has joined #exult
[22:30:03] --- ChanServ gives channel operator status to Kirben
[22:36:47] <Marzo> Dominus: Hrm. Seems cache-out distance is smaller in the original than in Exult
[22:37:20] <Marzo> Seems I will have to reopen the bug and check what else I can do
[22:51:03] <Marzo> Hm. Sometimes the egg gets cached-out, sometimes it does not; when it does get cached out, the sparkle is canceled immediately as intended
[23:21:14] --> Kirben_ has joined #exult
[23:21:14] --- ChanServ gives channel operator status to Kirben_
