[01:58:09] <`Carl> I have just completed BG and have moved onto SI, and I have noticed a very odd sound issue: when opening paper dolls, inventory screens, and the like I don't get the traditional 'woosh' sound from BG (and that I remember being in SI): Instead I get a sound much like that of when you eat food. Considering opening said items is probably done more in the game than anything else, the lack of the proper sound is very disconcerting

[02:15:53] <`Carl> Someone else who was having the same problem mentioned that the 'open book' sound seems to be the proper gump sound in SI, though I havn't gotten far enough in to test it yet

[02:26:06] <Marzo> You can extract the contents of the packs (preferrably to different folders) with expack, copy the 14.u7o file that expack spits out from the BG pack to the SI pack then join all together again with expack

[02:29:07] <`Carl> I am attempting to do expack -x jmsfx.flx and it reports "this application has requested the rumtime to terminate it in an unusual way."

[02:32:09] <Marzo> I recommend that you copy all the extracted *.u7o files to another dir to avoid overwriting them all when extracting from the other file
