[18:48:34] <tomprince> I don't have IWD2 installed, so I couldn't test the bink video, and I made the assumption that bink files have extension 'mve' and are not in bifs. The only line that would need to change is the ResourceDesc.

[21:11:44] <tomprince> I have a question about TIS files, and transparency. IEDSP claims that palette index 0 is always the transparent index. However, we scan all palette entries, and use the first that is all green as the transparent index.
[21:12:26] <tomprince> I was looking at the code that tispack uses, and it treats the first index as transparent if it is all green, and no others as transparent.
[21:12:39] <tomprince> I am curious which is correct, or which the original engine uses.
