[08:21:52] <slaye> I just installed gemrb 0.6.4 and started playing bg1 and i noticed that Tarnesh (the assassin you meet when you go to the Friendly Arm for the first time afaik) seems to respawn every time I go past the door to Friendly Arm. I'm not that familiar with bg1, but is that supposed to happen? At first I thought it was something related to savegames, but it also happens without loading a savegame in between.

[08:31:18] <Avenger> so, load game, go there, and check your cache dir

[08:37:38] <Avenger> ok, hmm, that is a fully opened area file. Originally it is only 14816 bytes. But with the embedded creatures it could grow 50k
[08:37:48] <fuzzie> but i do see that Avenger broke the area name casing in February, 0.6.4 was in March and I only fixed it in April..

[16:07:28] <nocturnal> I get linking problems even though I've tried to define CPPFLAGS and LDFLAGS like in this thread. http://forums.gibberlings3.net/index.php?showtopic=13611&st=0 the rest seemed to be fixed already and there was no configure script so I guess a lot changed since 08
[16:08:14] <slaye> taking a brake from school work: the current git head doensn't seem to suffer from the same problem as 0.6.4 regarding the Friendly Arm issue
