[03:01:24] <lembas> hi guys, I'm having a bit of trouble building gemrb on Arch Linux x64. I get a huge wall of text, that I don't understand at all: http://ix.io/2Vz
[03:04:11] <tomprince> You need to compile against pYou need to compile python2
[04:03:40] <lembas> I.. what?

[18:50:36] <brada> tomprince: whats with buildbot.gemrb.org?
[19:12:42] <tomprince> I'm moving it to a better host.
[19:13:12] <brada> heh there is a bug in BG1 GUIOPT when you hit "quit" then "cancel"
[19:13:35] <brada> sounds good tom
[19:18:05] <brada> lynx im not sure how best to do the this GUIOPT merge commit-wise.
[19:18:33] <brada> its a huge diff, but the game is broken if i try to brak it up
[19:18:58] <brada> we dont like either of those things :p
[19:20:10] <lynxlynxlynx> i usually do it this way: copy one as a base one level up and remove the original; next commits sync this shared copy with each gametype (with the third commit being the removal of the synced copy)
[19:20:50] <lynxlynxlynx> that way the merge is actually checkable, even though the diffs can still be long
[19:23:25] <brada> ok that makes sense
[19:23:39] <brada> im going to need to pass it off to you for IWD1 + 2
[19:27:19] <lynxlynxlynx> ok
[19:27:34] <lynxlynxlynx> fighting regexes currently
[19:27:46] <lynxlynxlynx> fell into my own trap ><
[19:27:57] <brada> i actually love regex :p
[19:29:43] <brada> i assume you are trying to gracefully manage script manipulation for handling arbitrary party sizes?
[19:31:28] <lynxlynxlynx> yep
[19:31:34] <lynxlynxlynx> i like regex too
[19:31:48] <lynxlynxlynx> in this case i was pondering whether to do a subtask with sed
[19:32:08] <lynxlynxlynx> i was thinking, ok, if you can draft this quickly, go for it
[19:32:29] <lynxlynxlynx> well, the draft prints perfectly, but changing the files is a battle
[19:34:01] <lynxlynxlynx> but as it is often the case, the computer underestimates my determination :)
[19:42:18] <brada> :D
[19:48:52] <-- Yoshimo has left IRC (Quit: Yoshimo)
[21:20:06] <-- kettuz has left IRC (Remote host closed the connection)
[22:11:09] <-- lynxlynxlynx has left IRC (Read error: Connection reset by peer)
[22:27:38] <brada> lynx: http://pastebin.com/3vHQfwfC
[22:27:52] <brada> i need to run though the tests again due to a last min rebase
[22:28:07] <brada> but that should be close to finished save for IWD2
[22:28:24] <brada> and maybe PST, but PST seemed so radically diffrent...
[22:31:50] <brada> hmm well i need to rebase to fix up PST a bit, but BG1 & 2 work
[22:53:40] --> nutron has joined #gemrb
[23:27:10] <brada> this should work with BG1/BG2/PST: http://pastebin.com/5BqnAd3H
[23:27:15] <brada> probably IWD too
