[03:34:41] <brada> aside form the screen being smaller than 640x480 min it doesnt run a new enough OS
[03:35:35] <brada> er i guess the 3g did support ios 4
[03:35:38] <brada> but still wont work
[03:35:54] <brada> that is if we are in fact still compatible with ios 4..
[03:37:51] <brada> i think SDL2 requires opengl es 2 that may be something the 3G lacks
[03:41:28] <gembot> build #428 of osx-xcode-binary is complete: Failure [4failed compile] Build details are at http://buildbot.gemrb.org/builders/osx-xcode-binary/builds/428 blamelist: Avenger <avenger_teambg@sourceforge.net>, Brad Allred <bradallred@me.com>, qnestor <quinteronestor@yahoo.es>, Jaka Kranjc <lynxlupodian@users.sourceforge.net>, Jens Granseuer <jensgr@gmx.net>

[09:04:02] <edheldil> lynxlynxlynx: where's the Cam's dump? Can't find it on their forums
[09:05:32] <fuzzie> it's on g3
[09:05:38] <edheldil> ah, found it. Thanks

[09:05:58] <Seniorita> »Just wanted to start a thread to try and document some of the new files and features of the EE-variant of the IE engine. For the most part, it's...«
[09:06:22] <lynxlynxlynx> some of the stuff we already have, since it was copied from iwd2, how or pst or us/tobex
[09:06:55] <lynxlynxlynx> most of the work will be with the tables
[09:11:24] <edheldil> do they use anu tables we unhardcoded?
[09:17:12] <edheldil> hehe: A blank moraleai.ids is included just to shut up DLTCEP.
[09:25:44] <lynxlynxlynx> they do
[09:25:57] <lynxlynxlynx> it's not mentioned there, but the wild magic table comes to mind
[10:09:01] --- ermo^ is now known as ermo
[11:15:43] <-- Textmode has left IRC (Quit: Ex-Chat)
[11:27:23] <lynxlynxlynx> 4 newish coverity artifacts, but nothing amazing

[14:45:08] <lynxlynxlynx> http://paste.debian.net/23677/
[14:45:09] <Seniorita> debian Pastezone
[14:45:56] <lynxlynxlynx> shouldn't it be using 64 there? now it's not actually making the whole 256 range usable afaict
[14:46:58] <fuzzie> what is itm->ItemType?
[14:47:10] <lynxlynxlynx> word
[14:49:26] --> |Cable| has joined #gemrb
[14:49:30] <fuzzie> but no, you can't use 64 there
[14:49:46] <fuzzie> because bit has to be <32
[14:50:53] <fuzzie> it's just ItemTypes should be [8] (and also the check there): i.e. 32 bits in a ieDword * 8 = 256
[14:52:17] <lynxlynxlynx> don't know what you mean with the second part
[14:52:38] <lynxlynxlynx> luckily this isn't saved, so no work with importers
[14:54:16] <lynxlynxlynx> i did misjudge the size though
[14:57:19] <fuzzie> well, I mean
[14:57:31] <fuzzie> ItemTypes is of size 4, and each ieDword is 32 bits.
[14:57:36] <fuzzie> So that gives 32*4=128 bits total.
[14:57:47] <fuzzie> Half the 256 bits which the comment claims.
[14:59:21] <lynxlynxlynx> i didn't know about the middle part, but then it was obvious
[14:59:39] <lynxlynxlynx> i left the check there in case someone manages to put an invalid value for the type in

[17:33:21] <avenger> lynx: in http://forums.gibberlings3.net/index.php?showtopic=25516&view=findpost&p=212281 what did you mean by 0x2c is already used?
[17:33:23] <Seniorita> BGEE/BG2EE-specific opcodes and scripting - The Gibberlings Three Forums
[17:33:24] <Seniorita> »Just wanted to start a thread to try and document some of the new files and features of the EE-variant of the IE engine. For the most part, it's...«
[17:34:12] <lynxlynxlynx> we read isVariable and hasSaveForHalf or something like that there
[17:35:42] <avenger> 0x2c is labeled as 'special' in vanilla BG2 and used only for 1-2 opcodes. One is the store variable opcode. When i named it isVariable, it was only that opcode i knew about
[17:36:08] <avenger> BGEE uses that field in 1-2 new opcodes
[17:36:32] <avenger> this won't clash with any use of original bg, and likely won't even clash with gemrb's enhancements
[17:36:34] <avenger> so it is fine
[17:37:36] <avenger> Actually, it would have been better if they use it more in the original, instead of param3 which exists only in eff v2
[17:39:30] <lynxlynxlynx> good
[17:44:19] <avenger> whoa lots of commits, gotta see what changed!
[17:45:32] <avenger> you ran valgrind? :D
[17:45:42] <-- Yoshimo has left IRC (Ping timeout: 264 seconds)
[17:46:06] <lynxlynxlynx> no, just that thread and the coverity reports
[17:46:21] <lynxlynxlynx> i upload our code now and then
[17:46:30] <lynxlynxlynx> if you want access like the rest, just tell me
[17:48:04] <avenger> a new site? Not now. I'm still available only rarely
[17:48:11] <avenger> thanks :)
[17:50:33] <Seniorita> [commit] : cleaned up unused code https://github.com/gemrb/gemrb/commit/d800a2f3c88769d72d1c05e7b6b9021116507621

[21:07:10] <Seniorita> Realms of Arkania: Blade of Destiny on Steam
[21:07:11] <Seniorita> »A legend reborn as Realms of Arkania: Blade of Destiny returns! Developed by Austrian developer Crafty Studios, Realms of Arkania – Blade of Destiny is a faithful remake of the 1992 original, adored by a generation of Role Players and one of the most successful RPG’s of the 1990’s.«
[21:07:33] <DrMcCoy> A remake of the first part of the Realms of Arkania trilogy
[21:07:43] <DrMcCoy> And it's apparently really, really, really bad
[21:07:50] <DrMcCoy> Completely broken and looks like crap to boot
[21:11:10] <fuzzie> not clicking
[21:11:22] <fuzzie> don't bring more horror into our lives :(
[21:12:31] <DrMcCoy> you can never have enough horror
[21:13:15] <lynxlynxlynx> even their trailer sucks, it has no audio
[21:13:27] <DrMcCoy> also, shared horror is...errr, better horror?
