[19:41:47] <megawatt> ah... jumping on platforms wouldn't very easy to make more intuitive using alternate controls.. but the targetted jumping patch help back in the day.

[19:45:05] <wjp> that really should've been a matter of directly telling it to open those doors, though
[19:45:27] <wjp> although it's possible you needed it to follow you first for a bit
[19:48:29] <wjp> there's also a place where some walkthoughs suggest you need to do the same thing again in a place where it isn't easily possible
[19:48:48] <wjp> (while there is in fact a normal key for those doors)
