[14:55:30] <raptorjesus> and realized that compared to u7, the interface kinda sucks

[15:01:06] <raptorjesus> something that made spellcasting easier would be nice
[15:01:57] <watt> Yeah, I could probably agree on that. Not sure what that might require though.
[15:02:01] <raptorjesus> on u7 you had the book. you could simply cast stuff as long as you had the reagents. now you have to turn reagents into useable spells and use them like if they were items
[15:02:35] <raptorjesus> i'm still ok with spell mixing. its slightly complicated but it gives a certain alchemy feeling
[15:03:20] <raptorjesus> however instead of casting spells by clicking the items, there should be a book or some sort of interface doodad for it
[15:03:51] <raptorjesus> like on diablo where you had belt slots for quickly using potions or scrolls
[15:04:12] <raptorjesus> or maybe a simple casting book like on u7
[18:19:17] <watt> The belt slots would be something that I thought could be quite nice and I thought out a bit previously, but never coded for.

[18:27:09] <raptorjesus> since belt slots would be more handy for potions and such
