[04:06:51] <watt> hmmm... was there something that limited how may frames the console gump would receive? I'm playing around with drawing a background and seeing if I can get a smoother transition as it scrolls to show/hide.
[04:07:30] <watt> I thought all processes & gumps were automatically limited to around 60 fps.
[04:09:53] <watt> ... also thinking about making drawRenderStats only update every so often to make the numbers it's displaying actually readable.
[04:23:15] <Colourless> they are limited to less than that

[04:26:23] <watt> Is it still uniform for all gump and process or did I miss something that put more priority on certain ones?
[04:26:41] <Colourless> i'd need to look at what exactly it does. can't remember
[04:27:00] <watt> me neither. :-(
[04:27:41] <watt> Its been quite a while since I looked at some of this stuff
[04:58:30] <watt> Managed to make drawRenderStats display average over ten cycles - seems to be more readable.
[05:36:51] <watt> Ok. This last commit seems like a good idea to me now.. feel free to hit me with a large blunt object later when I'm wrong :-)
[05:37:10] <watt> Tired people sometimes make crazy code.

[14:39:08] <watt> That average fps code actually should be on a cut-off time (250 ms?) rather than number of screen paints.
[14:39:53] <watt> However, I'm without my laptop charger today, so I'll not be around long enough to address that
