[23:49:01] <watt> Been bouncing a few ideas around in my head.... let me know if this makes sense.

[23:51:26] <watt> I've been thinking that tryAnim shouldn't return only a bool. There seems to be a few other outcomes other than complete success or failure that we need.
[23:52:36] <watt> thinking an enum of Failed, Success, Partial Success, and Success but not standing on solid land afterware are some of the outcomes.
[23:54:22] <watt> partial success would mean that much of the animation is possible and should be done up to a certain frame, which we need some way to get and tell doAnim to only run up till.
[23:55:48] <watt> such as running of jumping into a brick wall. We probably want to collide with the wall and fall backwards, so we only want to play X frames of the run
[23:57:29] <watt> the "success but not on solid land" could be useful in path finding (we don't want them to fall do we?) and actions like climbing where we want to make sure there is something to climb onto.
[23:58:47] <watt> good? bad? I dunno.
