[14:59:29] <megawatt> Wondering if the avatar movement could be represented with a state machine and have the mouse controls affect the state rather than the animations... i dunno

[17:04:42] <wjp> move all file format docs (and files covering other aspects of the original games) to a new subdir

[17:05:13] <wjp> keep all real devel docs in the main docs dir
[17:05:20] <wjp> keep the xml readme/faq in the xml dir
[17:05:40] <wjp> and all temp things into scratch
