[19:37:26] <Servus> i would like to do that, and ive already mentioned it
[19:38:09] <Servus> due to the nature of opengl, however,all i have to do is update the textures and, if the texture loading code is universal enough(it should be easy to make it so), the textures should work correctly
[19:38:34] <Servus> however, if one were to do that, it would be worthwhile to update the map geometry itself at teh same time.

[19:43:05] <Servus> if youd like to petition it and offer to make the textures, you can try with vividos, or just do download the code and recompile it yourself to allow for custom textures.
[19:44:00] <Servus> with the map geometry thing, i meant to rebuild the levels in the same general form, but with "modern" 3d geometric concepts such as those seen in quake (all of underworld's walls and floors are some form of square)
